How to Request a Refund
Refunds are handled directly by our official reseller Paddle.com. Two ways to proceed:
1. Via your Paddle receipt — open the receipt email you received after purchase and click the refund link provided by Paddle.
2. By email — write to contact@rjdana.com with the email address used at checkout. We will forward your request to Paddle.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed by Paddle within 5 to 10 business days and credited to the payment method used at purchase.
