Refund Policy

1. Our guarantee

If HomesteadScore is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, with no need to justify your decision.

2. How to request a refund

Because payment is handled by Paddle, acting as the online reseller and Merchant of Record, refunds are also handled by Paddle. There are two ways to make your request:

• Directly with Paddle through their buyer support portal, providing the email used at purchase.
• By email to us at rjdana.auteur@gmail.com — we will pass your request to Paddle on your behalf.

3. Processing time

Once approved, the refund is generally processed by Paddle within 14 days, to the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exceptions

A refund may be declined in case of suspected fraud, obvious abuse of the refund mechanism (for example repeated requests), or use of the software clearly contrary to its intended purpose as described on the sales page.

5. After a refund

A refund results in the deactivation of the associated license key. The application then becomes unusable until a new license is purchased.
